RESOLUTION NO. 82-68
ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A
PORTION OF A CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER EASE-
MENT GRANTED TO THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY
CALIFORNIA CONSTRUCTORS, INC., A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of Burlingame, California,
WHEREAS, the portion of easement hereinafter particu-
larly described has not been used for the purpose for which it was
dedicated or acquired for five (5) consecutive years next preced-
ing the date of this resolution; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience require the
vacation and abandonment of that portion of said easement herein-
after particularly described; and
WHEREAS, after hearing the evidence, the City Council
finds that said portion of said easement is not necessary for pre-
sent or prospective public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED pursuant to the pro-1
visions of §50443 of the Government Code that said portion of said
easement is hereby vacated and abandoned.
The portion of said easement hereby vacated and
is situated in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State
of California, and is more particularly described as follows:
The following portion of that certain sani-
tary sewer easement granted to the City of
Burlingame by California Constructors, Inc.,
a California Corporation, which easement is
recorded in Book 1386 at page 286, Official
Records of San Mateo County, California;
across that certain real property situate in
the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo,
State of California the centerline of which 5 6
10 foot wide easement is more particularly 4%55b`I

Beginning at a point on the center line of
La Mesa Drive, said point being South 45 '
48'-50" East 6.36 feet from the intersec-
tion of La Mesa Drive and Margarita Avenue
as shown on that certain map entitled
"BURLINGAME MANOR MAP NO. 1 BURLINGAME,
CALIERNIA,A° which map was filed for record
in the Office of the San Mateo County
Recorder on the 12th day of September 1946,
in Volume 26 of Maps at pages 15 and 16,
Official Records of San Mateo County,
California; thence from said point of beginn-
ing North 62°-18'-17" East 64.85 feet; thence
North 65°-38'-53°" East 90.43 feet; thence
North 76°-19'-23" East 4.97 feet to a point
which last said point is North 44°-11'-10"
East 150.00 feet from the center line of
said La Mesa Drive.
