A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND
DIRECTING ENGINEER TO FILE NOTICE OF
ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 4
SCHEDULE IV AND PORTIONS OF
SCHEDULES I, II, III AND V
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work of said City has filed with the
City Clerk of this City his Engineer's Certificate as to the com-
pletion of all of the work provided to be done as to Schedule IV
and portions of Schedules I, II, III and V, under and pursuant to
the acquisition agreement between said City and Anza Pacific Corp.,
dated June 2, 1969; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that
said work under said agreement has been fully completed and done as
provided in said agreement and the plans and specifications therein
referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it is
hereby made and ordered.
2. That said work is not, however, accepted for City mainte-
nance and the acceptance of completion set forth in Section 1
hereof is for the sole purpose of declaring the completion of the
work under said agreement so that the 35-day claim period can be
initiated, and shall not be construed as an acceptance of said com-
pleted work for maintenance.
3. That the City Engineer is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder of San Mateo County, Notice
of Acceptance of Completion thereof, as required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 20th day of October 1969 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Amstrup-Crosby-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
