AWARDING CONTRACT FOR SANITARY SEWER

Job No. 69-13
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
bids for the installation and construction of approximately
1,035 linear feet of sanitary sewer and appurtenant work and
WHEREAS, on October 15, 1969, all bids received were
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, The Lowrie Paving Company, Inc., a corporation,
d the lowest responsible bid for doing said work for the
of $15,765.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
hat the bid of The Lowrie Paving Company, Inc., a corporation,
r the sum of $1.5,765.00 be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into
the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City
Burlingame for the performance of said work and that the City
be, and he is hereby, authorized for and on behalf of the
ty of Burlingame, to execute said contract, and to approve the
aithful performance bond and labor and materials bond required

that the bid of The Lowrie Paving Company, Inc., a corporation,
for the sum of $15,765.00 be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
