ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT
FROM: W. FLORIN RHOADS, also known as W. F. RHOADS, and ANITA M.
RHOADS, his wife, and EDWARD R. JOHNSTON and CATHERINE E.
JOHNSTON, his wife.
DATED: November 21 1968.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that:
WHEREAS, the proposed final map entitled "VIEWLAND
ESTATES BURLINGANIE, CALIFORNIA", has been recommended for approval
by the Planning Commission of said City; and
WHEREAS, the attached Grant of Easement has been offered
to the City as rewired by the provisions of §25.28.060, Sub-
division 3, of the Municipal Code of the City of Burlingame; and
WHEREAS, the offer of the grant of said easement has
been considered by the Planning Commission of the City of
Burlingame and its acceptance has been recommended, by said
Commission:
NOW, THEREFORE, said City Council does hereby accept
said Grant of Easement dated
November 21
1968, and
executed by W. FLORIN RHOADS, also known as W. F. RHOADS, and
ANITA M. RHOADS, his wife, and EDWARD R. JOHNSTON and CATHERINE R.
JOHNSTON, his wife, and does hereby order that the same be record-
ed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
California,
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certifythat the foregoing resolution was

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
2nd day of December 1968 and adopted there-
after by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson.
NOES: Councilmen: None.
Absent Councilmen: Martin.
