HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 083-1969WJML:KJmh 9-30-69-20 RESOLUTION NO. 83 -69 A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COST AND DIRECTING PAYMENT BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 SCHEDULE IV AND PORTIONS OF SCHEDULES I, II, III AND V RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, that WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work in proceedings being conducted by this Council pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 60-67, adopted November 6, 1967, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk of this City a Certificate of Cost as to constructing the improvements being acquired by the City of Burlingame in said proceedings, and more particularly described as Items 21 and 22 of Schedule I, Items 1 through 10 of Schedule II, Item 12 of Schedule III, Schedule IV and Items 1 through 4 and 6 of Schedule V in the Agreement for Acquisi- tion of Improvements dated June 2, 1969; WHEREAS, said Certificate has been certified by the Owner and approved by the City Engineer; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the amounts set forth in said Certificate are hereby approved for payment out of the Construc- tion Fund for said project without further action by this Council. I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 6th day of October, 1969, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Amstrup-Crosby-George-Johnson-Martin. NOES, Councilmen: None ABSENT, Councilmen: None ATTEST: Mayor
