HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 077-1968RESOLUTION NO. 77-68 DETERMINING GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES IN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BURLINGAME CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION The City Council of the City of Burlingame, pursuant to the provisions of §1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, hereby RESOLVES, FINDS AND DETERMINES that the general prevail- ing rate of per diem wages in the City of Burlingame for the crafts, classifications and types of workmen required and to be employed in the construction of the Burlingame City Hall, are as set forth in Exhibit 71A" attached hereto, incorporated herein, and made a part of this resolution by reference. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that wages for overtime work and for work on Sundays and holidays shall be not less than one and one- half (1-1/2) times the rates listed in Exhibit "A". ivi4yor I, HERBERT K.
