ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A
PORTION OF A CERTAIN ANCHOR EASEMENT AS SAID
PORTION OF SAID ANCHOR EASEMENT IS SHOWN ON
THAT CERTAIN MAP ENTITLED "INGOLD-MILLSDALE
INDUSTRIAL CENTER, BURLINM E, SAN MATEO
COUNTY CALIFORNIA"
RESOLVED by the City Council of Burlingame, California,
WHEREAS, the portion of anchor easement hereinafter par-
larly described has not been used for the purpose for which it
dedicated or acquired for five (5) years next preceding the
of this resolution; and
WHEREAS, said portion of said anchor easement has not
used continuously, or ever, or at all since the date of its
cation or acquisition; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience require the
Lion and abandonment of said portion of said anchor easement;
WHEREAS, after hearing the evidence, the City Council
s that said portion of said anchor easement is not necessary
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED pursuant to the pro-
isions of 550443 (a) of the Government Code that said portion of
aid anchor easement be, and the same is hereby, vacated and aban-
oned. Said portion of said anchor easement is the northeasterly
2 feet of that certain 2-foot by 20-foot anchor easement situated
n Lot 6, Block 1, as said anchor easement and said lot are shown
n that certain map entitled "Ingold - Millsdale Industrial Center,
urlingame, San Mateo County, California," which map was filed in
he office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
on March 20, 1958, in Volume 48 of :Taps at page 31.
