ACCEPTING WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
Job No. 69-6
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETER-
MINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works
of said City have certified that the work done by Fairley Con-
structors, a corporation, under the terms of its contract with
the City of Burlingame dated May 6, 1969, has been completed in
accordance with the terms of said contract, and in accordance
with the plans and specifications approved by this Council
therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works
2. Said work is particularly described as construction
of approximately 6,300 linear feet of water main and all appur-
tenant work.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted,
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law.
