ACCEPTING SEWAGE PUMPING AND TREATMENT WORKS
IMPROVEMENTS
Job No. 66-26
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said city have certified that the work done by HARRY LEE, M. P.
HARLICK and ELIZABETH LEE, co-partners doing business under the
partnership name of HARRY LEE PLUMBING AND HEATING, under the
terms of their contract with the City of Burlingame dated February
211 1967, has been completed in accordance with the terms of said
contract, and in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as improvements
to the main pumping plant, Rosedale pumping plant, sewage treatment
plant, skimming works, and Parshall measuring flume, and all appur-
tenant work.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th
day of November, 1967, and adopted thereafter by the following vote'.
