HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 097-1970RESOLUTION NO. 97-70 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME OF ITS INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA IN SIGNALIZATION OF EL CAMINO PEAL AND MURCHISON DRIVE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame as follows: That there are pending proceedings by the Division of Highways, State of California, to install traffic signals at the intersection of E1 Camino Real and Murchison Drive. That by letter dated November 2, 1970, it is estimated that the cost to the City of Burlingame shall be approximately $20,000.00 in connection with said signalization. That the project has yet to be approved by the State of California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that it does hereby declare its intent and desire to participate in the fanancing of the signalization of E1 Camino Real and Murchison Drive, pursuant to letter of November 2, 1970, to the City of Burlingame, to a sum of approximately $20,000.00, upon the approval of said signaliza- tion of said intersection by the State of California. j Vicd Mayo I, Herbert K.
