ACCEPTING MILLS CREEK SEWER

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it DOES HEREBY FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certi-
fied that the work done by E. Foster, under the terms of his
contract with the City of Burlingame, dated August 22, 1967,
has been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract,
and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and
approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as installation
and construction of approximately 1,130 linear feet of sanitary
sewer construction and all appurtenant work.
3. Said work, be and the same is hereby accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law.

Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
2nd day of October, 1967, and adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen:Crosby-Diederichsen-Johnson-Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: George.
