ACCEPTING FINAL MASTER PLAN BAYSIDE PARK
WHEREAS, by written agreement dated April 24, 1967, by
and between the City of Burlingame as first party and ROBERT
ROYSTON, ASA HANAMOTO, DAVID R. MAYES, ELDON BECK and KAZUO ABEY,
a co -partnership doing business under the partnership name of
ROYSTON, HANAMOTO, MAYES AND BECK, as second parties, landscape
architects, the City employed said landscape architects as consul-
tants to prepare and deliver to City a preliminary master plan and
a final master plan with preliminary and final cost estimates and
to recommend phasing of improvements and furnish necessary explana-
tory sketches for the municipal disposal area;
WHEREAS, said second parties have prepared and delivered
to City a preliminary master plan dated May 5, 1968, which prelim-
inary master plan was received and studied by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame at its study meeting on June 5, 1968, and
approved by this Council by its Resolution No. 45-68 entitled,
"Accepting Preliminary Master Plan - Bayside Park" adopted at its
regular meeting on June 17, 1968; and
WHEREAS, said second parties have prepared and delivered
to City a final master plan consisting of the documents and draw-
ings listed in Exhibit "AP1, attached to this resolution, incorpora.-
ted herein, and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT Io HEREBY RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby accept and approve
the final master plan described in Exhibit "A" as and for the final
master plan required to be prepared and delivered to City under the
terms of this agreement.

I. HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day of
September 1968, and adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederich sen-George-Johnson-
Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None.
Absent Councilmen: None.
