ACCEPTING TENNIS COURT RESURFACING - LAGUNA
AVENUE
Job No. 67-14
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works
of said City have certified that the work done by MALOTT &
PETERSON-GRUNDY, a corporation, under the terms of its contract
with the City of Burlingame, dated April 5, 1967, has been com-
pleted in accordance with the terms of said contract, and in
accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this
Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Pub-
lic Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as repaving the
existing tennis court area consisting of approximately 110 feet by
120 feet at the Laguna Avenue tennis court.

Said work be,
and the
same is
hereby, accepted.
4.
The Director
of Public
Works
is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
5th day of September, 1967, and adopted thereafter by the follow-
ing vote:

Absent Councilmen: None
