RESOLUTION NO. 92 -70
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET PARKING DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that the public interest and convenience require and
that it is the intention of said Council to make certain changes
and modifications in the proceedings and in the Engineer's Report
filed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 27-62 adopted by
this Council on May 19, 1962, as modified, as follows:
1. Change and modify the acquisitions to be made, the work
to be done and the plans and specifications therefor, as follows,
to wit:
a) Add the acquisition and improvement as an off-
street motor vehicle parking lot of that certain
parcel of property fronting on Bellevue Avenue and
generally described as the northeasterly 52.25
feet by 53 feet (front and rear measurements) of
Lot 6, Block 3, Burlingame Land Co. Map No. 2.
All of the lots and parcels of land and proposed Parking Lots
referred to herein are shown on the acquisition map which is part
of the Engineer's Report on file in the office of the City Clerk
to which reference is hereby made.
Said changes will neither increase nor decrease the estimated
cost of the improvement.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday , the l9th day of
October , 1970, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the
regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall,
Burlingame, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when
and where said Council will consider the matter of ordering said
changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons
interested therein.
The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be
published once in the Advance Star, a newspaper of general circula-
tion published in said City and the paper in which the Notice of
Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was published, said
publication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 21st day of September , 1970, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Amstrup-Crosby-Johnson-Mangini-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: None.
