CHANGING NAME OF INDUSTRIAL WAY TO CADILLAC WAY
WHEREAS, on July 18, 1966, the Council of the City of
Burlingame, by motion duly and regularly made, seconded and
carried, set Monday, August 1, 1966, at the hour of 8 o'clock p.m.
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of
Burlingame, at 268 Park Road, Burlingame, California, as the time
and place of hearing the application of Rector Motor Co., a
corporation, for change of street name of Industrial Way to
Cadillac Lane, and directed the City Manager to give notice there-
of to all interested parties and agencies; and
WHEREAS, it appears that notice of the time and place of
hearing was given to all interested parties and agencies, as dir-
ected; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held at the day, hour and
place fixed, as aforesaid, and all persons desiring to protest
said street name change having been heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, pursuant to the authority contained in §34091.1 of the
Government Code of the State of California, does hereby approve
said application and does hereby order that the name of Industrial
Way, an existing city street within the City of Burlingame, be,
and the same is hereby changed to Cadillac Way.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuanrto the provisions of
534092 of the Government Code of the State of California, that the
City Clerk promptly forward a certified copy of this resolution to
the Board of Supervisors of the Qomty of San Mateo.

I, HERBERT K. IMITE, City Clerk, of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 1st
day of August, 1966, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
