APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP - LOTS 1, 2 AND 3,
BLOCK 6, UNIT NO. 3, MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
ADRIAN COURT
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, a proposed final parcel map of Lots 1, 2 and
3, Block 6, Unit No. 3, Millsdale Industrial Park, has been recom
mended for approval by the Planning Commission of said City and
submitted to the City Council thereof, and said map has been
checked and approved by the City Engineer for engineering data an
by the City Attorney with reference to all legal forms and notes
used in affidavits, certificates, endorsements and seals required
by law, and other general legal form thereof; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM J. LOWENBERG, as owner, has executed
and submitted to said City Council for execution an agreement in
writing by the terms of which owner agrees to construct and in-
stall public improvements within the area delineated on said map
in the approximate amount of $60,000 in accordance with City re-
quirements, and in a good and workmanlike manner, and under the
direction and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, as more
particularly set forth in said agreement and to commence work on
the loth day of September, 1970, and to complete said work within
365 calendar days thereafter, and the owner has executed and
presented with acceptable surety or sureties a faithful perform-
ance bond in the sum of $60,000, and a labor and material bond in
the sum of $30,000 as security for the performance of said agree-
ment, and said bonds having been duly approved by the City Attorn,

of said City,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said final parcel map of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block
6, Unit No. 3, Millsdale Industrial Park, as hereinabove set forth
be, and the same is hereby approved.
2. That said agreement and bonds be, and the same are
hereby accepted and approved, and the City Manager of said City
and he is hereby authorized and directed to affix thereto the n
of said City over his signature, and the Clerk of said City is
hereby authorized and directed to attest the signature of said
City Manager and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
8th day of September, 1970, and adopted thereafter by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen Amstrup-Crosby-Johnson-Mangini-Martin.
NOES: Councilmen None.
Absent Councilmen None.
