RESOLUTION NO. 43-66
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND DIRECTING
ENGINEER TO FILE NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SCHEDULE III
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,,
California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work of said City has filed with
the Clerk of said City his Engineerts Certificate as to the com-
pletion of all of the work provided to be done under and pursuant
to the contract between said City and F F & M Company, Inc., dated
March 15, 1965; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that
said work under said contract has been fully completed and done
as provided in said contract and the plans and specifications
therein referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it
is hereby, made and ordered.
2. That the Engineer of Work is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
notice of acceptance of completion thereof, as required by law.
1 hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 18th day of July ,
1966 , by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor• thereof, Councilmen:
Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None

I, HOWARD HICKEY,, Engineer of Worn, of the City of Burlingame,
California, do hereby certify that the work and improvements here-
iaafter described, the contract for doing which Maas entered into
by and between F F w M Company, Inc. and the City of Burlingame,
dated March15, 1965, was completed to my satizfaction on
L I-x. _Z,101.966.
That said work and improvements consisted of the eon-
truction of pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, storm drainage
pipe, catch basins, sanitary sewers, manholes and appurtenances,
pumping ;station building, aeat.er mains, valves, >Vdrants, services
and appurtenances, all as more particularly deocribed in the plans
and specifications approved by the Council of acid City pursuant
to Resolution of Intention. No. 94-64, adopted July 20, 1964, as
amended. j
