ACCEPTING PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS AND BASKET-
BALL COURT AT CUERNAVACA PARK
Job No. 68-8
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work done by FRED D. SPERRY, JR.,
an individual doing business under the name of F. D. SPERRY CO.,
under the terms of his contract with the City of Burlingame dated
May 21, 1968, has been completed in accordance with the terms of
said contract, and in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as improvement
on a 7,000 square foot A.C. basketball court, including excavation,
drainage, grading, concrete work, chain link fence erection, asp-
halt paving and appurtenant work at Cuernavaca Park.

Said

hereby, accepted.
4.
The
Director
of Public
Works
is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of
August 1968, and adopted thereafter by the follow-
ing vote:
