RESOLUTION NO. 66 -69
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Deed of Easement
executed by Anza Pacific Corp., granting the City of Burlingame a
non-exclusive access easement over the parcel of land described there-
in, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to record said Deed,
together with a certified copy of this Resolution, in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
21st day of July , 1969, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Amstrup-Crosby-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
