ACCEPTING RESURFACING OF MISCELLANEOUS
CITY STREETS
Job No. 69-7
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETER-
MINE that:
1, The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work done by L. C. SMITH COMPANY,
a corporation, under the terms of its contract with the City of
Burlingame dated May 6, 1969, has been completed in accordance
with the terms of said contract, and in accordance with the plans
and specifications approved by this Council therefor, and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is articularly described as heater-remix
method of resurfacing of approximately 200,000 square feet of pave-
ment with asphalt concrete and appurtenant work.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of 'ublic Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law,
Mayor
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of
July , 1969 , and adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen:Amstrup-Crosby-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
