AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MODIFICATION OF
AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME AND BURLINGAME SHORE LAND CO.,
INC.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE
as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execu-
tion of the Modification of Agreement cited in the above title.
2. The Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign
and a knowledge said Modification of Agreement for and on behalf of
the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest said signature to said Modification of Agreement.
I. HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day of
July 1968, and adopted thereafter by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Crosby-Diede rich sen-George-Johnson -
Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None.
Absent Councilmen: None.
