RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Director's Dee(
dated April 27, 1966, executed by the STATE OF CALIFORNIA acting
by and through its Director of Public Works, and that the same be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, State of California.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council on the 16th day of
1966, and adopted thereafter by the following votes:
