RESOLUTION NO. 27-66
DECLARING RESULT OF GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION, 1966.
WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election was held in The City of
Burlingame on Tuesday, the 12th day of April, 1966, and
WHEREAS, notice of said election was duly and regularly given
as required by law; that voting precincts were duly established;
that election officers were appointed and voting supplies furnishedl!,
and in every respect and manner the said election was held and

';conducted, and the votes cast were received within the time, and
manner prescribed by the law of the State of California controlling
elections in cities of the sixth class; and
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of The City of Burlingame duly
(convened at the usual place on Tuesday the 19th day of April, 1966,E
to canvass the returns of said election and install the newly
elected officers, and as a result of such canvass, the said City
Council finds that the number of votes cast, the persons for whom
such vote was cast, and all other matters required by law, are as
hereinafter stated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said election held in
The City of Burlingame on Tuesday, the 12th day of April, 1966, waa
conducted in the time, manner and form required by the law of the
State of California governing elections in cities of the sixth
class;
That there were thirteen (13) voting precincts established
for the purpose of holding said election, said precincts being a
consolidation of the regular election precincts established for
holding State and County elections and were consolidated as follows..
Voting Precinct "A" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 8, 9 and 10.

Voting Precinct "B" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 11 and 32.

Numbers 33 and 34.
Voting Precinct "D" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 4 and 7.
Voting Precinct "E" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 5 and 6.
Voting Precinct "F" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 1, 2, 3 and 14.
Voting Precinct "G" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 12, 13, 15 and 36.
Voting Precinct "H" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 16, 19, 25 and 35.
Voting Precinct "I" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 17, 18 and 21.
Voting Precinct "J" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 24 and 26.
Voting Precinct "K" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 20, 22 and 23.
Voting Precinct "L" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 27, 28 and 29.
Voting Precinct "M" comprised of State and County Precincts
Numbers 30, 31, 37 and 38.
That the total number of votes cast in said consolidated
precincts was 1,301.
That at each consolidated precinct, the total vote cast, the
number of votes received by each person, the persons receiving
such votes for Councilman, are as follows:

That at said General Municipal Election, William J. Crosby
and R. D. Martin were elected Councilmen of The City of Burlingame
for the full term of four (4) years.
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, do hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution was introduced at a meeting of the Burlingame City
Council, April 19, 1966, held to canvass the election returns,
and adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Hoes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
