RESOLUTION NO. 50 -68
APPROVING FINAL MAP ENTITLED 11ANZA AIRPORT
PARK NO. 5 BURLINGAME SAN MATEO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA" AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF AGREE-
MENT TO CONSTRUCT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
WHEREAS, the proposed final map entitled "ANZA AIRPORT
PARK UNIT NO. 5 BURLINGAME SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" has been
recommended for approval by the Planning Commission of said city
and submitted to the City Council thereof, and said map has been
checked and approved by the City Engineer for engineering data and
by the City Attorney with reference to a117egal forms and notes
used in affidavits, certificates, endorsements and offers and
acceptance of dedications and the seals required by law, and to
the general legal form thereof; and
WHEREAS, ANZA PACIFIC CORP., a corporation, as owner and
subdivider thereof have executed and submitted to said City
Council for execution an agreement in writing by the terms of whic
subdivider agrees to construct and install public improvements
within the area delineated on said map and on contiguous lands as
provided in said agreement in the approximate amount of
$25J,000.00, in accordance with city requirements, and in a good
and workmanlike manner, and under the direction and to the satis-
faction of the City Engineer, as more particularly set forth in
said agreement and to commence work on the execution of said
agreement and to complete said work within 365 calendar days
thereafter and the subdivider has executed and presented with
acceptable surety or sureties a faithful performance bond in the
sum of $25 3,000.00, and a labor and material bond in the sum of
$12 6,500.00, as security for the performance of said agreement, as

required by §26.08.050 of the Burlingame Municipal Code, and said
bonds having been duly approved by the City Attorney of said city:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said final map entitled "ANZA AIRPORT PARK
NO. 5 BURLINGAME SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" as hereinabove set
forth be, and the same is hereby, approved and the offers of dedi-
cation therein set forth be, and the same are hereby, accepted and
the Clerk of said city be, and he is hereby, authorized and direc-
ted to endorse thereon over his signature an order of this Council
approving said map and accepting the said offers of dedication
thereon, and to affix thereto the corporate seal of said City of
Burlingame,
2. That said agreement and bonds be, and the same are,
hereby accepted and approved, and the City Manager of said city be,
and he is, hereby authorized and directed to affix thereto the name
of said city over his signature, and the Clerk of said city is
hereby authorized and directed to attest the signature of said
City Manager and affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day of July 1968, and adopted there-
after by the fdlowing vote:
