ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF ELECTRIC BUILDING
AND CARPORT BUILDING AT THE BURLINGAME
CORPORATION YARD.
Job No. 9-20-66
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby find, order and determine that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the construction done by OTTO
ALBRIGHT and E. D. TAYLOR, co-partners doing business under the
partnership name of A & T CONSTRUCTION CO., under the terms of
their_ contract with the City of Burlingame, dated1967,
has been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract
and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and
approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of
E. L. NORBERG, City's architect, and also to the satisfaction of
the Director of Public Works.
2. Said construction consisted of the erection of a
one-story electric building and carport structure of wood and con-
crete block, of about 1,760 square feet and 2,400 square feet in
area, respectively.
3. Said construction be and the same is hereby accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, a notice of completion thereof, as required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day of May, 1967, and adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-Johnson-Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: George.
