INCREASING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, Section 3.04.060 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Burlingame provides that the City Manager shall receive
such compensation as the City Council shall from time to time
determine and fix by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 39-69 entitled" "Increasing the
Compensation of the City Manager" adopted April 21, 1969,
fixed the compensation of the City Manager at $1,829 per month;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT,
1. Resolution No. 39-69 "Entitled "Increasing the Compen-
sation of the City Manager" adopted April 21, 1969, be, and the
same is hereby rescinded;
2. The compensation of the City Manager of the City of
Burlingame, be, and it is hereby, fixed at $2,559 for the month
of July, 1970, and $1,975 thereafter.

the foregoing resolution was int m duced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 6th day of July , 1970,
and adopted thereafter by the following votes:
Ayes: Councilmen Amstrup-Crosby-Johnson-Mangini-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen None
