AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED
FROM: CITY OF BURLINGAME, A Municipal Corporation
TO: ARIADES LUPPI and RUTH T. LUPPI, His Wife
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETER-
MINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution
of the Quitclaim Deed referred to above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest said signature.
4. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby ordered
to acknowledge their signatures before a duly commissioned
Notary Public and thereafter to deliver said Quitclaim Deed,
dated, signed, attested and acknowledged, to Title Insurance
and Trust Company for and on behalf of the grantees named in
said deed.

the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular

19681 by the following vote:
