RESOLUTIONC NO � 60 -69
A RESOLUTION ACCEPT NG DEEDS OF EASEMENT
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept those certain Deeds of Ease-
ment, in form this day prevented to this Council, and duly executed
by ANZA PACIFIC CORP,, as Grantor, granting this City easements for
public utilities, underground storm drainage facilities, channel
maintenance and public utilities, and a non-exclusive access easement,
all in certain real property more particularly described in said
Deeds, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to record said Deeds,
together with a certified copy of this Resolution, in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California,
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full., true and correct
copy of a resolution duly pas -Led and adopted by the City Council. of
the City rf Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
7th day cff July, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favc.,r thereof, Councilmen.
