A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COST
AND DIRECTING PAYMENT
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4
SCHEDULE III AND PORTIONS OF SCHEDULES II AND V
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work in proceedings being conducted by
this Council pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 60-67, adopted
November 6, 1967, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk a Certif-
icate of Cost as to constructing the improvements being acquired by
the City of Burlingame in said proceedings, and more particularly
described as Schedule III Underground Utilities, Item 11 of Schedule
II Street Improvement Airport Boulevard, and Items 5 and 6 of Schedule
V. Electrical, Streetlights, Fire Alarm, Telephone -Airport Boulevard,
in the Agreement for Acquisition of Improvements dated June 2, 1969;
WHEREAS, said Certificate has been certified by the Owner and
approved by the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the amounts set forth in
said Certificate are hereby approved for payment out of the Con-
struction Fund for said project without further action by this Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
7th day of July, 1969, by the following vote:

Amstrup-Crosby-George-Johnson-Martin.
