TO: The City of Burlingame, a Municipal Corporation
DATED: February 27, 1970
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Quitclaim
Deed dated February 27, 1970, executed by TEXO REALTY COMPANY,.
a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, and
that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, State of California.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day
of July , 1970, and adopted thereafter by the following
