AUTHORIZATION FOR CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH APPLICATION
FOR FEDERAL GRANT UNDER 33 U.S.C. 466 ET. SEQ.
(PUBLIC LAW 84-660), AS AMENDED
Resolved by the City of Burlingame that the City Manager
be and he is hereby authorized for and on behalf of the City of
Burlingame to execute all documents in connection with the
application for and processing of Federal Grant for sewage
treatment works under 33 U.S.C. 466 et. seq.(Public Law 84-660),
as amended.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council, held on the2oth day of March , 1967, and
adopted thereafter by the following Roll Call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
