RESOLUTION NO. 38-68
A RESOLUTION APPROVING OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE
AND PROSPECTUS
CITY OF BURLINGAME
$850,000
MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1968 - FIRST DIVISION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, WILSON, JONES, MORTON & LYNCH, Bond Counsel for the
City, have presented to the Council a draft of proposed Prospectus
entitled, "Prospectus", and the proposed Official Notice of Sale
of City of Burlingame $850,000 Municipal Improvement Bonds of
1968, First Division, to be mailed to prospective bidders on said
sale, and this Council has duly considered said documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that said Prospectus
and Official Notice of Sale be, and they are hereby, approved as
the Prospectus and Official Notice of Sale to be mailed to banks
and bondhouses in accordance with the order of this Council in
relation to said sale of the City of Burlingame $850,000 Municipal
Improvement Bonds of 1968, First Division.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly adopted and passed by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 3rd day of June , 1968, by the
following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmeno None
