REGULATING THE HOURS OF PARKING ON A
PORTION OF BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA
OFF-STREET PARKING LOT A
RESOLVED , by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. No person shall park any vehicle on that portion of
Lot A hereinafter particularly described, as said Lot A is shown
and designated on that certain map or diagram entitled 11Acquisition
Map Burlingame Avenue Off -Street Parking District, Burlingame,
California", which said map or diagram is on file in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, for a period longer than
two (2) hours, between the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. on any
, Sundays excepted.
2. No person who parks any vehicle more than once in
twenty-four (24) hour period on said portion of said Lot A, shall
t said vehicle to remain thereon in excess of a total of two
(2) hours, on any day, Sunday excepted.

For the purpose of this Resolution a day is determined

to be the period of time between one midnight and the following
midnight.
3. Said portion of said Lot A is described as that
portion contiguous to the Burlingame Public Library, having a front).
age of 50 feet on Bellevue Avenue and a length of 225 feet.
4. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized
and directed to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of this Resolution.
5. This Resolution shall be operative upon the install-
ation of said signs.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 7th day of March, 1966, and
adopted thereafter by the following votes.

Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None.
Absent Councilmen: None.
