REGULATING THE HOURS OF PARKING ON A PORTION
OF BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET PARKING
LOT A (EXTENDED)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. No person shall park any vehicle on that portion of
Lot A hereinafter particularly described, as said Lot A is shown
and designated on that certain map or diagram entitled "Acquisition
Map Burlingame Avenue Off -Street Parking District, Burlingame,
California", which said map or diagram is on file in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, for a per_.od longer than
four (4) hours, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on any
and Holidays
day, Sundays/excepted,
2. Said portion of said Lot A isdescribed as that por-
tion contiguous to the Burlingame Public Library, having a frontage
of 50 feet on Bellevue Avenue and a length of 225 feet.
3. So much of Resolution No. 19-66 entitled "Regulating
the Hours of Parking on a Portion of Burlingame Avenue Area Off -
Street Parking Lot A11 adopted March 7, 1966, as conflicts with
Paragraph 1 above is hereby repealed,
4. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and
directed to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of
the provisions of this resolution.
5. This resolution shall be operative upon the installa-
tion of said signs.
