ACCEPTING CITY SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM

JOB No. 67-15
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby find, order and determine that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said city have certified that the work cb ne by U. Peira and Son,
under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame
dated September 18, 1967, has been completed in accordance with
the terms of said contract, and in accordance with the plans
and specifications prepared and approved by the City Council
therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works
2. Said work is more particularly described as sidewalk
replacement, driveway and curb and gutter replacement, all at
miscellaneous locations throughout the City of Burlingame.
3. Said work be and the same is hereby accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, a notice of completion thereof, as required by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20th
day of May 1968, and adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Crosby -George -Johnson -Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Diederichssen.
