ACCEPTING CITY SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM
1968 - 1969
Job No. 68-11
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
California, and it does hereby, FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works
have certified that the work done by M. PEIRA, an individual do-
ing business under the fictitious name and style of U. PEIRA &
SON, under the terms of his contract with the City of Burlingame,
dated October 8, 1968, has been completed in accordance with the
terms of said contract, and in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by this Council therefor, and to the sat-
isfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as installation
and construction of approximately 16,000 square feet of sidewalk
replacement, driveway and curb and gutter replacement, all at
miscellaneous locations throughout the City of Burlingame.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law,

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlin-
game, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th
day of June 1969 and adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Amstrup-Crosby-George-Johnson-Martin
NOES: Councilmen: None.
Absent Councilmen: None.
