ACCEPTING RESURFACING
MISCELLANEOUS CITY STREETS
JOB NO. 70-2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California,
and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of said City
have certified that the work done by THE LOWRIE PAVING COMPANY, INC., a cor-
poration, under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated
May 19, 1970, has been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract,
and in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council
therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as resurfacing of miscella-
neous city streets consisting of Heater-remix Method of resurfacing approx-
imately 800,000 square feet of pavement with asphalt concrete, and appurtenant
work.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file for
record with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo a Notice of Completi
thereof as required by law.

certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 6th day of July, 1970, and adopted thereafter by

AYES: Councilmen: Amstrup-Crosby-Johnson-Mangini-Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None.
