RESOLUTION NO. 90 -72
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PARTIAL REASSESSMENT
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4
PORTIONS OF ASSESSMENT NOS, 23324 AND 25
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, on November 6, 1972, this Council adopted its Reso-
lution Directing Partial Reassessment, directing the Engineer of
Work to make and file with the City Clerk a partial reassessment
of portions of Assessment Nos. 23, 24 and 25, the former assess-
ments upon which, under Resolution of Intention No. 60-67 adopted
by said Council on November 6, 1967, are so designated upon the
original assessment and diagram which was confirmed by said Council
on February 7, 1968 and recorded in the office of the Superin-
tendent of Streets of the City of Burlingame on February 8, 1968,
and subsequently amended into various parcels designated Diagram
and Assessment Nos. 23-B, 23-C, 24-A5 24-B, 24-D, 24-E3 24-F,
24-G, 24-H5 24-I1 24-J5 25-A, 25-B, 25-C, 25-F3 25-G, 25-H, 25-I
and 25-J;
Whereas, said Engineer of Work has filed with the City Clerk
a diagram and partial reassessment;
WHEREAS', said Council fixed Monday, the 4th day of December,
1972, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., Council Chambers, City
Hall, Burlingame, California, as the time and place for hearing
said partial reassessment and caused notice of said hearing to be
published once a week for two weeks, to be mailed to all persons
interested in said partial reassessment, and to be posted on or
near the Council Chamber door, as appear from the affidavits on
file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no pro-
tests or objections were made or presented to the p_.;posed partial
reassessment, and all matters and things pertaining to said partial
reassessmen were duly heard and considered by said Council;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said partial reassessment
filed with the City Clerk be, and the same is hereby ratified,
approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk shall deliver said
partial reassessment to the Superintendent of Streets, together
with a certified copy of this resolution thereto attached, and said
Superintendent of Streets shall thereupon record such partial re-
assessment with a certificate at the end thereof that it is the
partial reassessment confirmed by the City Council on December 4,
1972.
The Superintendent of Streets shall note opposite the assess-
ments in said original diagram and assessment, and in the amendment
thereof, that they have been displaced by said partial reassess-
ment, giving its date, and shall credit upon such partial reassess-
ments all payments theretofore made upon the original assessment
and upon the amendment thereof. When said partial reassessment
has been recorded, the Superintendent of Streets shall cause the
original assessments and the amendment thereof to be canceled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and cor-
rect copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting there-
of held on the 4th day of December, 1972, by the following vote:
