RESOLUTION NO. 89 -72
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4
ASSESSMENT NOS. 24-A, 24-B, 25-A AND 25-B
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, said Council did, on the 6th day of November, 19723
adopt its resolution ordering the Engineer of Work to make and file
with the City Clerk an.amended assessment of all parcels of prop-
erty the former assessments on which, under Resolution of Intention
No. 60-67 adopted by said Council on November 6, 1967, are desig-
nated upon the original assessment and diagram and confirmed by
said Council on February 7, 1968, and recorded in the office of the
Superintendent of Streets as Diagram and Assessment Nos. 24-A, 24-B,
25-A and 25-B;
WHEREAS, said Engineer of Work did, on the 6th day of November,
1972, file with the City Clerk an amended assessment and diagram;
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Monday, the 4th day of December,
1972, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., Council Chambers, City
Hall, Burlingame, California, as the time for hearing said amended
assessment and caused notice of said hearing to be published twice
in the Burlingame Advance -Star, the first publication being fifteen
(15) days before said hearing, as appears from the affidavit on
file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no
protests or objections were made or presented to the proposed
amended assessment, and all matters and things pertaining to said
amended assessment were duly heard and considered by said Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said amended assessment
and diagram filed with the City Clerk pursuant to resolution order-
ing same, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and con-
firmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk shall deliver said
amended assessment to the Superintendent of Streets, together with
a certified copy of this resolution thereto attached, and said
Superintendent of Streets shall thereupon record such amended
assessment in his office, with a certificate at the end thereof
that it is the amended assessment approved by the City Council on
December 4, 1972.
The Superintendent of Streets shall note opposite the several
assessments in said original diagram and assessment that it has
been displaced by said amended assessment, giving its date, and
shall credit upon such amended assessments all payments thereto-
fore made upon such original assessment. When said amended assess-
ment has been recorded, the Superintendent of Streets shall cause
the original assessment involved to be canceled.
The City Clerk shall cause to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, a copy of the
amended assessment diagram, and shall file the amended assessment
as confirmed by the City Council with the County Auditor of the
County of San Mateo, who shall annually thereafter enter upon the
assessment roll the installments becoming due on each component
part of the original parcel opposite the description of the respec-
tive parcels so assessed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and cor-
rect copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting there-
of held on the 4th day of December, 1972, by the following vote:

Mangini, Martin
