ACCEPTING CITY SIDEWALK REPAIR (1969-1970)
JOB NO. 69-12
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have Certified that the work done by A. V. C. CONCRETE
COMPANY, a corporation, under the terms of its contract with the
City of Burlingame dated October 7, 1969, has been completed in
accordance with the terms of said contract, and in accordance with
the plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor, and
to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as approximately
7,200 square feet of sidewalk replacement, driveway and curb and
gutter replacement, all at miscellaneous places throughout the City
of Burlingame.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 1st day of June,
1970, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Amstrup, Johnson, Mangini, Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Crosby.
