AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF EASEMENT DEED
FROM: CITY OF BURLINGAME, a Municipal Corporation
TO: BURLINGAME SHORE LAND CO., a Corporation
DATED: May 18, 1970,
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, m d this Council does hereby find, order and
determine as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require
execution and delivery of the Easement Deed cited in the
title above.
2. The Mayor and the City Clerk, each be and they
are hereby authorized to sign and acknowledge said Easement Deed
for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest said signature and to acknowledge his own signature.

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 18th day of May 1970, and adopted thereafter by
the following vote:
