ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT
FROM: SAN MATEO UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, a High School Dis-
trict of the County of San Mateo, State of Califrnia
DATED. March 7. 1968
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Grant of Ease-
ment for purposes of construction and maintenance of a storm
drain and maintenance of an existing sanitary sewer dated March 7,
1968, executed by San Mateo Union High School District, a High
School District of the County of San Mateo, State of California,
and that the same be recorded in the office of the CountyRecorder
of the County of San Mateo, State of California.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
18th day of March, 1968, and adopted thereafter by the following
vote;
