RILEY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, , that it does hereby accept that certain grant of ease- nt of ingress and egress and that further grant of easement for e maintaining of water mains in, on, over and along their certain eces or parcels of real property situate, lying and being in the ty of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, more rticularly described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto, in- ated herein, and made a part of this Resolution as fully as set forth herein at length, all in one instrument to be executed MELBA M. RILEY, a married woman dealing with her sole and eparate property, and that the same be recorded in the office of County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California. I, HERBERT K. EXHIBIT A Two parcels of land situated in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: PARCEL ONE: BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Lot 1 as said Lot is shown on that certain map entitled "Smallcomb Industrial Park, Burlingame, San Mateo County, California," which map was filed in the Office of the Re- corder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on April 15, 1957, in Book 47 of Maps at page 15, said corner being in the southwesterly line of the Lands of Melba Pauline Moore; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the exterior boundary of said Lot 1 the following two courses: South 22102122" East 30.00 feet; North 67057138" East 20.00 feet; leaving said boundary of Lot 1 along the line parallel with said southwesterly boundary line of the lands of Melba Pauline Moore and at right angles distant northeasterly 20.00 feet thereof; thence along said parallel line North 22°02'22" West 313.02 feet to a point in the southeasterly line of that certain 195.89 acre parcel described in Deed from A. I. Easton to D. O. Mills, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on June 1, 1863, in Book 3 of Deeds at page 530; thence along said southeasterly line South 35°20'38" West 23.74 feet to the most northerly corner of the Lands for- merly of O'Hara; thence along the northeasterly line of said Lands South 22002122" East 270.22 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. PARCEL TWO: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Easterly.line of Bayshore Highway 125.00 feet wide, as con- veyed by A. M. Easton, et ux, to the State of California, by Deed recorded August 8, 1925, Book 182, Official Records -1- Page 197, Records of San Mateo County, with the line formerly dividing the lands of Easton from the lands of Mild .Estate, Incorporated, said point being also the most Westerly corner of the land conveyed to Richard O'Hara, et ux, by Deed recorded November 25, 1948, Book 1749, Official Records, Page 677, Records of San Mateo, County; THENCE from said POINT OF BEGINNING along aforesaid dividing line, said line being also the Northwesterly line of said lands of O'Hara, North 35°20'38" East 315.80 feet to the most Wes- terly corner of the lands of Melba Pauline Moore; THENCE along the line between the lands of Melba Pauline Moore and the lands of Richard O'Hara, et ux, South 22102'22" East 47.49 feet to a point at a right angle distant South- easterly 40.00 feet from aforesaid line dividing the lands of Easton from the lands of Mills Estate, Incorporated; THENCE leaving said line between the lands of Melba Pauline Moore and the lands of O'Hara at a right angle South 67057' 38" West 27.83 feet to a point in the line parallel with and at right angles distant Southeasterly 25.00 feet from aforesaid line formerly dividing the lands of Easton from the lands of Mills Estate, Incorporated; THENCE along said parallel line South 35020'38" West 307.10 feet to a point in the Easterly line of the existing Bayshore Highway 84.00 feet wide; THENCE along said Easterly line North 22002'22" West 29.58 feet to a point in the aforesaid line formerly dividing the lands of Easton from the lands of Mills Estate Incorporated; THENCE along said dividing line North 35°20' 38" East 24.34 feet to the Point of Beginning. -2-
