RESOLUTION NO. 37 -69
APENDING REGULATIONS FIXING THE HOURS OF PARK-
ING ON BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET
PARKING DISTRICT LOTS D, E AND J
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. No person shall park any vehicle on the municipal
parking lots shown and designated as Lots D, E and J on that cer-
tain map or diagram entitled, "Acquisition Map Burlingame Avenue
Area Off -Street Parking District, Burlingame, California", which
said map or diagram is on file in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Burlingame, for a period longer than two (2) hours be-
tween the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., Sundays and holidays
excepted,
2> So much of Resolution No, 26-64 entitled, "Regulat-
ing the Hours of Parking on Burlingame Avenue Area Off -Street
Parking District Lots kJ, E, J and L" as conflicts with the pro-
visions of Paragraph 1 above is hereby repealed,
3. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized
and directed to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of this resolution.
4. This resolution shall be effective upon the installa-
tion of said signs,

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
21st day of _ April 1969 and adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen:Amstrup-Crosby-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES: Councilmen:None
Absent Councilmen:None
