ACCEPTING STORM DRAIN EXTENSION ACROSS
SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD AT TOYON DRIVE.
Job No. 66-19 - Schedule 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby find, order and determine that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said city have certified that the work, construction, installation
and improvements done by FAIRLEY CONSTRUCTORS, a corporation,
under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated
December 5 , 1966, have been completed in accordance with the
terms of said contract, and in accordance with the plans and
specifications prepared and approved by this council therefor, and
to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Vorks.
2. Said work, construction, installation and improve-
ments are more particularly described as installation and construc-
tion of 95 feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer across the Southern
Pacific Railroad right-of-way at Toyon Drive, and all appurtenant
work.
3. Said w k, construction, installation and improve-
ments be and the same are hereby accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, a Notice of Completion thereof, as required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was

6th day of March, 1967, and adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
