AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AND BURLINGAME
SHORE LAND CO., INC.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE
as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execu-
tion of the agreement cited in the title above and also execution
of a memorandum of said agreement.
2, The Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign
and acknowledge said agreement and the memorandum thereof, for and
on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest said signature to said agreement and to the memorandum
thereof.
4. The City Manager is hereby ordered and instructed to
cause the original of said memorandum of agreement to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
State of California.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
