RESOLUTION NO. 69- 36-69
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Deed of
Easement, dated May 16, 1968, and executed by PACIFIC NATIONAL
BANK OF SAN FRANCISCO as Trustee for Argonaut Underwriters, Inc.
Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund, ANZA PACIFIC CORP., and
SYUFY ENTERPRISES, INC., as Grantors, granting this City an
easement for drainage channel and public utility purposes in
certain real property more particularly described in said Deed,
and the City Clerk is hereby directed to record said Deed,
together with a certified copy of this Resolution, in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State
of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meet-
ing thereof held on the 21st day of April , 1969, by
the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Amstrup-Crosby-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
