RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-63 ENTITLED
"GRANTING CERTAIN VARIANCES FROM PROVISIONS
OF THE 1941 BURLINGAME ORDINANCE CODE TO THE
BURLINGAME SHOeZ LAND CO._ INC_"
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 77-63, adopted September
16, 1963, this Council did grant to the BURLINGAME SHORE LAND CO.,
INC., certain variances from the provisions of the 1941 Burlingame
Ordinance Code relating to the use and development of the land
particularly described in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, said land has not been used or developed for
the purposes for which said variances were granted; and
WHEREAS, said variances have failed for lapse of time;
and
WHEREAS, this Council has, this date, by separate resolu
tion, authorized the execution of an agreement by and between the
City of Burlingame and the Burlingame Shore Land Co., Inc,, for
the use and development of said property in a manner inconsistent
with the variances granted in said Resolution No. 77-63.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said Resolu-
tion No. 77-63, adopted on September 16, 1963, be, and the same
is hereby rescinded.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
4th day of March, 1968, and adopted thereafter by the following
vote:

NOES: Councilmen: Martin.
