HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 017-1968RESOLUTION NO. 77 -68 ACCEPTING WALK - DON'T WALK PEDESTRIAN SIGNALS BURLINGA4E AVENUE AND PRIMROSE ROAD Job No. 67-40 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that: 1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of said city have certified that the work done by BERGESEN ELECTRIC, a corporation, under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated January 17, 1968, has been completed in accord- ance with the terms of said contract, and in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. 2. Said work is particularly described as installation of four (4) new traffic signal heads with eight (8) Walk - Don't Walk signals and all appurtenant work. 3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted. 4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law. Mayor I. HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of February, 1968, and adopted thereafter by the follow- ing vote: AYES: Councilmen: Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
