ACCEPTING HOWARD AVENUE STORM DRAIN, WEST
LANE TO MYRTLE ROAD
Job No. 65-12 - Schedule 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND
DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works
of said city have certified that the work, construction, installa-
tion and improvements done by the LOWRIE PAVING COMPANY, INC., a
corporation, under the terms of its contract with the City of
Burlingame, dated December 16, 1966, have been completed in
accordance with the terms of said contract, and in accordance
with the plans and specifications prepared and approved by this
Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Director of
Public Works.
2. Said work, construction and improvements are more
particularly described as installation and construction of
328 linear feet of 12-inch storm drain in Howard Avenue from
West Lane to Myrtle Road, 88 feet of which was jacked under the
Southern Pacific Railroad tracks and placed in a steel casing,
and all appurtenant work.
3. Said work, construction and improvements be and
the same are hereby accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to exe-
cute and file for record with the County Recorder of the County
of San Mateo, a Notice of Completion thereof, as required by law.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
6th day of February, 1967, and adopted thereafter by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Crosby-Diede richsen-George-Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Johnson.
